	An expert in natural resources, Mr.Ivan V.Ivanoff is a graduate of Columbia University's School of International Affairs and managing partner of the firm. A global executive with 25 years of experience in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union, Mr. Ivanoff is on the boards of the Foreign Policy Association, The Richard C.Welden Foundation and the American University in Bulgaria. Based in New York, Mr Ivanoff is actively involved with issues like Transatlantic Relations and European Integration, as well as collecting Victorian Art.
	An expert in emerging markets and bank regulatory matters, having operated on 5 continents, Mr. Geoffrey Milton began his career with Bank of America after graduating with a Degree in Economics from London University. He has served on the Boards of Misr America International Bank in Egypt, ABC Futures & Bullion in Singapore, Banco ABC Brasil in Sao Paulo and Union Bank of Bangkok in Thailand. He has also chaired the American Business Group in Cairo, was a Member of the Founding Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt, and remains a Board Member and Vice President of the Arab Bankers Association of North America. He co-chaired the Coordinating Committee for National Bank of Brunei and was a member of the Advisory Committee to restructure Brazil’s international debt. In New York, he has served on the Board of Trustees and Executive Committee of the Institute of International Bankers and chaired their Legislative and Regulatory Committee. He is currently also a Member of the Advisory Board to the Middle East Institute in Washington DC and, in addition, has served in Jordan and Yemen with the Financial Services Volunteer Corps. He is a Fellow of the Foreign Policy Association, a member of the Economic Club of New York and a member of the Lotos Club. Geoffrey is based in New York.
	Mr. Sean Murray is a senior executive with more than 35 years experience in marketing and Corporate strategy, M&A, mining and exploration, having worked with companies such as Australian Miningand Smelting, Pasminco, U.S Borax Inc and Rio Tinto. Mr Murray is based in London.
